From my experience with EU shops, it can be a bit variable. I ordered from them a few months ago, and it took about 2.5 weeks to get to me in California. They do send tracking info though, so you can keep an eye on it.

Yeah, I think it says on their site shipping is generally 7-14 business days, but to the US it might be a little longer. Definitely not Amazon speed.

I've bought from them twice, no issues. The quality was decent for the price, comparable to what you'd get from like a Zara or H&M. Not high-end designer stuff but good for trendy pieces.

Totally legit, got a blazer last spring. Returns were also straightforward when one item didn't fit right. They're based in Germany if that helps.
